| INSTRUCTIONS - What you need to do |
 You must use a fully-qualified domain (yourdomain.com) that is not already in use (e.g. your web site and/or email). A subdomain (word.yourdomain.com) will not work. We recommend you use the free domain that is included with your Online Community Package. If you do not already have a domain, and do not want to use your free domain with the Super Pack, we suggest registering a domain with us. We have the largest domain inventory on the Web, offering every possible domain extension, a large suite of free security and management tools, and the ability to easily and conveniently manage your domain through your WebHelps Account Manager. Contact your Support Team for assistance for information and assistance. |

| Immediately following your Domain Super Pack signup, a link for Super Pack Links will display in the Customization Manager of your Online Community Manager. You may use the information provided to create navigation links on your community's customization template. However, the links will not work until your Super Pack has been fully installed. Installation must be done manually and takes several hours to complete, including propagation. A day or two following signup, you will be contacted by a Community Specialist who will give you a progress report. |
