No, sorry, we do not. We offer all customers the lowest possible price for our services. However, we often participate as a partner in not-for-profit ventures and may give your organization free or discounted services as a partner. Do you have an Affiliate, Partner or Reseller program?

Can I use my domain with the Add-On Web Tools?
Yes. Signup for the Use Your Domain! Extra for Web Tools, Community Super Pack Extra for Online Communities, or Wiki Super Pack Extra for Wikis, and we will setup your domain/subdomain to be used with your web tool, online community, or wiki.
How do I register a domain?

ADD-ON WEB TOOLS
Does your software support foreign languages?
Yes. You may use foreign languages, including non-western characters, with all of our add-ons. The links, buttons and instructions will be in English, but you may use foreign languages when you customize, post messages, send emails, submit articles, etc. Foreign language customers often use the page customization option to provide their non-English-speaking members with visual "keys" that translate the buttons, links, etc. In addition, you may add the Translation Tool to many of our add-ons. The Translation Tool lets you change every bit of text with new text of your choosing. It will allow you to use non-western characters and define the font attributes of the new text.
What do you mean by Extreme customization?
Using HTML, you can customize an add-on's web pages to match your web site exactly - or look just like you want them to look. You create a "customization template" which you apply by pasting the code into forms provided for this purpose. Usually you will also create custom <head> and <body> tags, which are also entered into the provided forms.
Can I use the Add-On Web Tools, such as the chat room, on more than one web site I own?
Yes, you may use anything that comes with your package on any web site you own. You may not, however, sell or give away anything to a third party. If, for instance, you are a web designer who opens a Web Tools account, you cannot purchase additional chat rooms, message boards, etc. and put them on your customers' web sites. Instead, you must open a separate account for each customer.
Do you offer a free trial? Is there a way I can try a Web Tool before I buy?
Yes, demo links are provided on the informational pages for each Web Tool, or you can find links to all Demos here. For indepth testing of our Add-On Web Tools, signup for the FREEbie Package. This Package includes a 30-day free trial of nine (9) of our Add-On Web Tools.
Can I purchase your software and install it on my server?
No, our software is available only by subscription.
How much web space (MB) and bandwidth do I get with a Web Tool or Add-On Package purchase?
The limitations on space are 100MB of web space for the account owner for Online Community, Wiki, A la Carte, and Web Tools packages, 50MB of web space for the account owner for the FREEbie package, 10MB of web space for community members, 100MB of storage space for regular File Sharing, 30MB of storage space for the File Sharing free trial, and 10MB of webmail/email storage. Each account is allotted 1GB of total web site and photo album bandwidth usage per month. If you exceed your monthly bandwidth allotment, your pages will automatically be turned off and you will be notified. Your pages will automatically come back on at the beginning of the next month.
Can I get help with customizing my Web Tool(s)?
Yes. There are detailed instructions with example code, extensive HTML help files and an online WYSWYG available to help you customize your Add-On Web Tools. In addition, we offer two Support Packages that include HTML Help, and we offer web design and development services for a reasonable hourly fee.
It says all your Add-On Web Tools are ad-free, but can I put my own ads on them? Can I sell the ad space?
Yes, and yes.
Are there any special requirements to use the site and/or add-on tools?
No. Our site, all add-on tools, management functions, and Site Maker are best viewed and used with a Windows computer running Internet Explorer 6+. Although we have made every effort to make our site compatible with Mac computers, you may encounter viewing problems on some pages.

Your browser must be set to allow first-party and third-party cookies. This is the default setting for Internet Explorer 5+, so unless you have changed your Privacy settings, you should not have to make any browser changes. [More Cookie Info]

To use our chat room with voice or file sharing enabled, you must have Sun's Java installed and running on your computer. Sun's Java comes pre-installed on Mac computers and also many Windows computers, such as HP Pavilion, Compaq, and Dell computers. If you do not have Sun's Java pre-installed, you may download it for free here.

Some security-related programs, such as firewalls, adware, popup, spyware, and banner blockers can cause problems with viewing pages and/or using add-ons. Generally, adding "webhelps.com" and "whathelps.com" to the Accepted Sites list on those programs solves any problems. In rare instances, the program must be disabled. [Image Blocking Info]

Yes. There is a link in your Hosting Account Manager in the "Manage Add-On Web Tools" section, called "Switch Free Web Tool"

If I purchase a Web Tool Package, do I have to use everything that comes with it?
No, everything will always be available to you, but you use only the tools/features you want, when you want.
Can I charge a membership fee for joining my community?
Yes, you can charge a membership fee. In fact, a "subscription" community type option is available to you when you setup your community. [setup options]

Yes, you may add up to ten (10) co-managers to your account. Each co-manager will receive the same package of free personal tools that came with your account (e.g. webmail, web site, address book, calendar, etc.). Co-managers can do most things the account owner can do, but they cannot make purchases, change the account setup, or close the account. Co-managers are not available with the FREEbie Package.
If I signup for the wrong package, can I switch, or do I have to close my account and signup again?
To change to a different package after signup, just click the [switch] link next to "Package:" in your Account Manager. Likewise, to change the tools in your A la Carte package, just click the [add/remove tools] link in your Account Manager. You do not need to close your account to make these types of changes.
HOSTING SERVICES
My web site is hosted elsewhere. Can I still use your services?
Most definitely. Our Web Tools can stand alone (you do not need a web site), or can be added by link to your web site (if you have one). We give you some free web space, and use of our online Site Maker, but you do not have to use it for your site.

Yes, both profit and non-profit organizations may pay quarterly or annually under a Purchase Order.
SUPPORT
How is after-hours support handled? What if a server, my web site, or my chat room goes down during the night or on a weekend?
A technician is on call 24/7/365 to handle such emergencies. If your community/wiki pages or web tool goes down after hours, submit a "service down" ticket using the Customer Support System and the technician on call will be paged.
How do you provide support to your customers?
We offer a support ticketing system, Live Help support chat, direct email, and telephone support. All customers have access to the Customer Support System. Support tickets submitted by customers receive priority support. During regular business hours, tickets are normally addressed within the hour. All tickets are addressed by the end of the next business day. Live Help support chat is open each business day to handle questions, live and one-on-one with our support staff. Direct email and telephone support is available through upgraded support plans, Extreme Plus and Extreme Total Support. We have technicians on call 24/7/365. Customers may submit emergency support tickets, which page the technician-on-call, who will generally address the problem within thirty (30) minutes, no matter when the emergency ticket is submitted.
How do I get a refund?
Close your account using the Close Account link during the first ten (10) calendar days after opening your account and all payments you have made, with the exception of fees for Extras, will be credited to your credit card.
How do I close my account?
Login and click the CLOSE ACCOUNT link in the bottom navigation bar. Complete and submit the form. For security reasons, this is the ONLY way to close your account.
