Important:
- A staff member must be logged into Live Help on a separate computer before the visitor demo will work
- Previous users may have changed the Live Help administrative settings and/or turned Live Help off. Be sure to check the administrative settings before trying to use the visitor demo
- The Support Logins are sometimes extremely busy. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes.
- The color scheme, etc. of the demos may not look good to you. This is because people often test the customization options while logged in as a staff member. Feel free to give this a try too.
- Windows/IE Users - If you hear a repeated clicking sound when the Live Help window is open
- open your Windows Control Panel (Start / Settings / Control Panel)
- select Sounds and Multimedia
- Scroll down to Windows Explorer
- select Start Navigation
- set the sound to None
